We also offer the option of sending samples to your workplace, giving you the ability to look at and try on the garments at your own leisure (samples sent at our cost however garment return is your responsibility – see below for further information). |

| Payment |
|
As a new client, we require pre-payment on your first order. If the order is to be embroidered, a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of embroidery and the balance is to be paid in full before despatch. After approval of your credit application, your company will be placed on a 30 day account. You will be advised when your account has been opened.
Accounts exceeding 40 days will be placed on stop credit until payment has been received. |

| Samples |
|
We are happy to supply sample garments for a period of 14 days. Should they be required for any extra length of time, please contact us to arrange an extended period. Should the garments not be returned within this period they will be charged directly to the credit card supplied or invoiced to your account.
Lee St John will credit any freight charged on our quote for samples sent out on their return within the 14 day period, however they are to be returned at your cost. |

| Returns |
|
| To return an item, please contact our office for a Return Authorisation form. Goods can only be returned within 30 days of the invoice, except for faulty items. We cannot accept returns on embroidered or altered garments. |
